General Summary: IRIS is seeking a Client Success Specialist to actively manage current customer relationships, finding solutions to core issues, maintaining client satisfaction and enforcing client retention. As a Client Success Specialist, you will have the opportunity to integrate an understanding of marketing, sales, technology, professional services, consulting, and support. The ultimate strategic goal of this role is sustainable profitability and growth by increasing existing client utilization and satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop client relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
  • Act as a client advocate, focusing on building long-term relationships with our clients
  • Analyze and interpret complex sets of data and information and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients
  • Provide feedback to the Product team and participate in technology product design discussions to create tools the customers need

Job Requirements:        

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields
  • 3-5 years experience in healthcare or healthcare delivery
  • Experience in clinical operations/management preferred, not required

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and self-accountable
  • Highly coachable, career driven professional with ability to think fast, learn quickly, and be flexible to evolving business
  • Ability to demonstrate effective influential leadership across all customer types/stakeholders

Physical Requirements:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, and is required to talk and hear 
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, and walk 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus   
  • Ability to sit, type, and view a computer screen up to 8 hours at a time   
  • Ability to use telephone / headset for up to 8 hours at a time

Base Pay:

Expected Base Pay Range: $75,000 to $95,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed.  Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.   

Bonus eligible:

 In addition to base pay, compensation for this position includes eligibility for a 5% annual bonus.

*Topcon time off policies can vary between roles which are exempt or non-exempt.  For hourly (“non-exempt”) employees, we offer personal paid time off which accrues in accordance with local standards.  For salaried (“exempt”) employees, we offer a flexible paid time off policy giving you flexibility to take time when needed, while supporting business needs.  All paid time off policies are in accordance with or exceeding local law.  Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our Health and Welfare benefit package.
