The opportunity:


We are looking for a Pre-Sales Lead to strengthen the Digital Business Line’s ability to shape, qualify, estimate, and deliver high-quality proposals for strategic opportunities, RFPs, RFQs, and customer engagements.

In this role, you will coordinate pre-sales activities across account teams, Business Line leadership, architecture, delivery, chapters, and technical specialists. You will help ensure that proposals are commercially compelling, technically sound, properly estimated, and ready for smooth handover into delivery. The role also supports the creation and reuse of proposal assets, validated architectures, estimation models, and delivery assumptions to improve speed, consistency, and quality across bids.


Your day-to-day:

  • Lead and coordinate Digital BL involvement in pre-sales opportunities, from early qualification to proposal submission and delivery handover.

  • Maintain visibility of the proposal pipeline, required skills, capacity impact, risks, and dependencies.

  • Ensure technical integrity of proposals by coordinating solution, architecture, capacity, estimation, and delivery validation.

  • Support the development of clear, client-facing proposal narratives, win themes, and executive-ready content.

  • Promote reuse of past proposals, delivery references, validated architectures, accelerators, templates, and financial models.

  • Work closely with account teams, architects, delivery teams, chapter leads, and Business Line stakeholders to align commercial ambition with delivery feasibility.

  • Support customer workshops, solution presentations, estimations, and proposal reviews.

  • Help reduce post-award rework by ensuring scope, assumptions, risks, and responsibilities are clear before submission.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, bid management, architecture, consulting, delivery management, or technical leadership.

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, digital channels, customer experience, application delivery, integration, agile delivery, and telco digital ecosystems.

  • Experience supporting complex RFP/RFQ responses, customer workshops, solution presentations, and estimations.

  • Ability to turn technical, functional, delivery, and commercial inputs into clear and compelling proposal content.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple contributors under demanding timelines.

  • A pragmatic, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
