Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Lead brand strategy and storytelling for Sunlight Surface Cleaners, delivering growth by planning, creating and managing brand presence, messaging and integrated campaigns across touchpoints.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Lead annual brand strategic planning, aligned to BG/BU strategy, handshake with cross-function and BG.
  • Plan, create and manage campaigns across digital, shopper, in-store and PR, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
  • Develop local innovation, PPA initiatives by channel to deliver JTBDs with robust business case
  • Develop brand assets: content, key visuals, presentations, packaging and printed materials, ensuring accessibility and compliance.
  • Partner with CMI, CSP, CBD, R&D and Finance to land innovations and track performance.
  • Manage A&P budget and agency partners to maximise ROI.

job Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years of FMCG marketing/brand management experience at Brand Manager role.
  • Proven track record in campaign development and execution.
  • Ability to translate consumer insight into compelling brand ideas.
