Server – Hillcrest Firethorn Location: Hillcrest FirethornAddress: 8601 Firethorn Lane, Lincoln, NE 68520Schedule: Full-Time Days, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., every other weekendStarting Pay: $15.00 + depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join our dining services team at Hillcrest Firethorn. At Hillcrest Firethorn, our dining services team plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents every day. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and making a positive impact through friendly, dependable service. What You’ll Get to Do Serve meals to residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner Assist with dining room setup, service, and cleanup Help create a positive and welcoming dining experience Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards Support residents, guests, and team members with kindness and professionalism Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service Assist with additional dining services duties as needed What We’re Looking For A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Previous serving, food service, or senior living experience preferred, but not required Ability to work full-time days and every other weekend STAR mentality: Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful Why Hillcrest?
