Asst Mgr / Mgr, IP&D (Infrastructure Development) – 12 Months Contract

[What the role is]

NAC’s Infrastructure Planning & Development department develop arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.

The incumbent will support infrastructure development projects for NAC’s arts spaces in support of Arts Plan 2.0, by providing assistance in procurement processing, contract management, project documentation, and budget administration.

[What you will be working on]

• Infrastructure Project Support

  • Support infrastructure projects through procurement processing, documentation maintenance, and secretariat duties for project meetings

• Contract & Tender Management

  • Assist the team with contract management, tender preparation, project scheduling, and maintaining contractual records; liaise with Vital for publishing tender opportunities and related documentation

• Budget Administration

  • Provide administrative support for departmental budgetary management and reporting

• Contract Variations

  • Support the contracts manager in strengthening the contract variations process

• Secretariat Duties

  • Perform secretariat duties for infrastructure project meetings

[What we are looking for]

• At least 1–2 years of experience in project or contract management, preferably in public sector development projects

• Prior experience in facilities / property management, including liaison with managing agents, preferred

• Experience in administering procurement processes, preferably in public sector context with familiarity in portals such as GeBIZ and Vital

• Knowledge of tender preparation processes, including publishing on government procurement platforms, will be advantageous
