Job Description:

In our company, your core responsibilities include:

Act as the on-site representative of the global software engineering team in Taiwan, serving as the primary technical interface between the customer (TSMC), external partners, and internal engineering teams.
Lead and support the integration of company software products into the TSMC production environment, ensuring alignment with customer infrastructure, processes, and operational requirements.
Collaborate closely with local service engineers, application engineers, and external partners in Taiwan to identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback for product enhancement.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for software-related issues in customer production systems, including on-site visits at TSMC facilities as required.
Provide 3rd level customer support for production systems, including escalation handling and support outside regular business hours when necessary.
Support software maintenance activities by reproducing customer issues locally, validating fixes, and coordinating resolutions with the software development teams.
Assist with configuration management activities related to customer-specific deployments, environments, and releases.
Work closely with the central software development team to communicate customer requirements, integration challenges, and field observations, and to support issue resolution or product adaptations as needed.
Support rapid prototyping, validation of fixes, and documentation of user workflows based on customer use cases and on-site experience.
Contribute to building strong customer relationships through regular technical communication, on-site presence, and professional representation of the company.
Align closely with the immediate manager on regional priorities, customer commitments, and team objectives.

Skills:

Education & Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work | Required
