Position Title

Solution Manager – Affluent (CMS / Enterprise Business Solutions

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

  • Drive CMS business across affluent and emerging client segments
  • Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in acquiring and deepening client relationships
  • Achieve targets across fee income, liabilities, and CMS product penetration
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base

 

2. Client Solutioning & Engagement

  • Understand client requirements and provide end-to-end CMS solutions
  • Design customised offerings across collections, payments, liquidity, and digital banking
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations along with RMs
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of CMS mandates

 

3. Product & Process Management

  • Coordinate with product, operations, and technology teams for execution
  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance, risk, and regulatory guidelines
  • Promote digital adoption and automation solutions for clients
  • Address and resolve client service issues within defined TAT

 

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with:
    • Branch Banking teams
    • Relationship Managers (Affluent / Business Banking)
    • CMS / Product teams
    • Operations & Implementation teams
  • Act as a single point of contact for CMS-related solutioning

 

5. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Track industry trends and competitor offerings in CMS space
  • Provide feedback for product enhancements and new solutions
  • Identify emerging opportunities in affluent and SME segments

 

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • MBA / Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, or related field

Experience

  • 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in:
    • Cash Management Services (CMS)
    • Transaction Banking
    • Corporate / Business Banking
    • Client solutioning roles

  • Strong knowledge of CMS / Transaction Banking products

  • Understanding of banking regulations and compliance

  • CMS revenue and fee income growth

  • Turnaround time for onboarding and implementation
