The Field Marketing Manager – Central Europe is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, customer engagement, and business performance across the Central Europe region. Working closely with Sales, regional leadership, and global marketing teams, this role owns the delivery of demand generation campaigns, customer and partner events, PR, digital marketing initiatives, account-based marketing, and performance reporting. This position requires a commercially minded, data-driven marketing professional with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of translating business priorities into measurable marketing outcomes. The successful candidate will manage budgets, optimize marketing ROI, leverage analytics to drive decision-making, and position Vertiv as a leading provider of AI-ready critical digital infrastructure across Central Europe.
