You will lead a high-performing, globally distributed engineering team responsible for improving acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through data-driven experimentation. The role combines people leadership with strong technical involvement, requiring you to guide architecture decisions, support fullstack engineering execution, and ensure high-quality delivery of growth-focused initiatives. You will work closely with Product, Design, Data, and Analytics teams to translate insights into scalable product improvements.
