Guest Services Ambassador
Job Description
Portico have an amazing new opportunity available as a Guest Services Ambassador, who will be a part of our corporate team based in Bracknell
This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines tasks across reception, events, post and facilities.
The Guest Services Ambassador will need to remain agile and flexible to cover the needs of the role, whilst ensuring that the high standards of service are consistently maintained, ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.
Hours: Monday to Friday -
40 hour per week, with shifts usually falling between 7:30-16:30 / 08:00-17:00 / 08:30-17:30
Salary: £27,976
The successful candidate will be capable of delivering 5* customer service and building excellent working relationships with the internal client team.
They will be proactive, organised, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for people. They will have experience in customer service.
