[Bắc Ninh] Trưởng nhóm Chuẩn bị mẫu

- Quản lý và đảm bảo hoạt động hằng ngày của nhóm chuẩn bị mẫu (xử lý mẫu và cân mẫu)/ Manage and ensure smooth daily operation of the sample preparation team (sample treatment and weighing).

- Giám sát kỹ thuật viên thực hiện các hoạt động chuẩn bị mẫu theo quy trình và yêu cầu/ Lead technicians in performing sample preparation activities in compliance with procedure and requirements.

- Đảm bảo tính chính xác của mẫu/ Ensure accuracy, traceability, and integrity of samples

- Cập nhật, mở rộng năng lực theo nhu cầu/ Update and expand laboratory capabilities to meet testing and client needs.

- Đảm bảo tuân thủ về An toàn – Môi trường (HSE) và Hệ thống Quản lý Chất lượng (ISO/IEC 17025, SOP, biểu mẫu, hiệu chuẩn thiết bị)/ Ensure daily compliance with HSE and Quality Management System requirements (ISO/IEC 17025, SOPs, forms, equipment calibration).

- Điều tra các vấn đề hoặc khiếu nại liên quan đến chuẩn bị mẫu và hỗ trợ thực hiện hành động khắc phục/ Investigate sample preparation–related issues or complaints and support corrective actions.

- Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự/ Human resource management, training, and development

- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Trưởng phòng Thí nghiệm/ Perform other duties as assigned by the Laboratory Manager.

• Đại học, cao đẳng ngành: Sinh học, công nghệ sinh học, thực phẩm hoặc liên quan/ Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Food Technology or equivalent
• Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong PTN Eurofins hoặc 3 năm kinh nghiệm với PTN phân tích bên ngoài/  At least 2 years of experience in same field at Eurofins, or At least 3 years of experience outside Eurofins of the same field
• Nắm vững nguyên tắc về đồng nhất mẫu và khối lượng cân cho phân tích hóa lý/ Strong knowledge of sample homogenization and weighing requirements for physicochemical tests.
• Nắm vững nguyên tắc, thao tác vận hành thiết bị PTN/ Master the principles and operations of laboratory equipments.
• Hiểu biết, vận hành, duy trì và tuân thủ hệ thống ISO 17025 tại phòng thí nghiệm vi sinh/ Knowledge of ISO 17025 and applicable regulatory standards.
• Có kỹ năng tổng hợp, phân tích, xử lý vấn đề và giải quyết khiếu nại khách hàng/ Have skills in synthesizing, analyzing, problem solving and resolving customer complaints
• Giao tiếp và đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành Tiếng Anh/ Language communication, reading and understanding specialized documents.
