Develop and drive comprehensive roadmaps for the Base Networking portfolio, aligning horizontal planning, governance, tracking, and reporting with overall TPC program objectives.
Design and manage engagement models across leadership and engineering teams, fostering a platform mindset to accelerate and scale AI and Cloud expansion programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the portfolio, driving communication strategies and ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders through regular updates.
