Job Description
The Proposal Administrator or Proposal Project Manager (PPM) is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality proposals for technical advisory services supporting renewable energy projects. This role manages the full proposal lifecycle for consulting services such as due diligence, independent engineering, owner’s engineering, feasibility studies, and project development support across solar, wind, battery storage, and other clean energy technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with engineering, financial, and environmental subject matter experts within the renewable energy sector.
