You will play a key role in providing strategic and technical leadership for our Ports and Maritime capability, supporting the delivery of complex, multidisciplinary engineering solutions across civil, structural, geotechnical, seismic, and maritime disciplines.
As a senior member of the team, you will help shape technical direction and contribute to the development of engineering strategy, working closely with colleagues across the business. You will also support the continued growth and positioning of the capability across the UK and wider organisation, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and helping to inform decision-making at senior levels to support the successful delivery of major programmes.
You’ll work with and support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, helping to foster technical excellence, innovation, and the sharing of best practice. You will also mentor engineers and emerging leaders, supporting their development and helping to build capability across the team.
We value a collaborative and inclusive environment, and you will play an important role in promoting a positive, high-performing culture where people can grow and succeed together.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to nationally significant programmes within a technically strong and supportive environment. Our projects span the full lifecycle, offering the chance to be involved from early concept and feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.

With a pragmatic, solutions-focused and commercially aware approach, you’ll contribute to solving complex engineering challenges while supporting projects to be delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will play an important role in the successful delivery of projects and programmes, helping to coordinate scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, you’ll support the development of integrated, efficient, and value-driven solutions that meet both client and project needs.
