Job Details

Summary:

This position will be responsible for growing business opportunities and sales to drive profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a country and account strategy plan.

  • Build strong understanding of customers and their marketplaces through a broad range of information sources, including direct customer exchanges, networking, publications, market information, tradeshows, sales conferences and industry events.

  • Plan and manage the budget to meet sales objectives and costs control.

  • Develop predictable revenue forecasting and take action where potential deviations are identified.

  • Lead, develop and manage the sales team, ensure the sales governance is in place.

  • Monitor and steer the progress of sales pipeline by using sales and performance analytics.

  • Meet key clients, maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for partnership growth.

  • Attend to service failures to ensure appropriate resolutions are offered in close interdepartmental collaboration with the company’s customer service and operations team.

  • Run Chinese-language campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department and subject matter experts and manage agency relations for Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing and social media marketing projects.

  • Localize advertising, marketing collaterals, sales kits and other promotional materials for Chinese market.

  • Provide support for lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns.

  • Responsible for managing content for website & social media marketing.

  • Grow regional email marketing database, measure and analyse activities results.

  • Execute events such as workshops and tradeshows and support Public Relation-related activities.

  • Support Global Marketing team when necessary.

Reporting Directly To:

Regional Sales & Marketing Director, North APAC

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing and related fields.

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in logistics and or the pharmaceutical industry.

  • More than 3 years of management experience.
