Director - IP Hardware Engineering

The Applied R&D Manager develops and directs the engineering organisation for development and revision of new and existing products or services and oversees the different R&D engineering dimensions. Acts as the interface between the global engineering organisation and the local sites. Manages the development of new products and releases, leading state-of-the-art development teams (SW, HW, test, information design) within a multi-site R&D environment, with strong dependencies towards external stakeholders like product managers, supply chain, quality, procurement, and other.
