Hub Operations Supervisor

The Hub Operations Supervisor is responsible for all operational and logistical activities at the AIT Middle Mile Network HUB locations during their assigned shift. Responsibilities include establishing and following safety protocols in accordance with AIT Worldwide Logistics' and OSHA policies and procedures. Responsible for providing leadership to all members of the Hub operations team to include Hub Operations Agents, Warehouse Leads and Forklift Operators. While conducting supervisor duties, the Hub Operations Supervisor is to act the SME for all Middle Mile Network activities to include routing freight, re-routing freight to make service, to add additional lanes as necessary to ensure service of the freight.
