As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function in the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers. Critical to the maintenance of internal records, the People Services Advisor supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely manner.Job Description
About the Role:
- Manage incoming HR cases and ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Handle complex HR tasks, projects, and Tier 2 escalations while providing expert guidance.
- Support HR operations activities, including reporting, documentation maintenance, and process improvements.
- Coordinate talent acquisition activities and contribute to training and development of HR team members.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Services or a similar role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similar, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, time management, and customer-service skills, with knowledge of HR practices and labor law preferred.
