Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable technical/educational discipline strongly preferred

A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a related field preferred

5+ years’ experience working with technical support of Human Capital Management systems; ADP Vantage HCM experience strongly preferred
-
3+ years’ experience as a system administrator or functional analyst within ADP Vantage HCM or a comparable enterprise cloud HCM platform
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Hands-on experience with ADP Vantage HCM configuration, security, and administration; experience participating in an implementation, upgrade, or HCM integration strongly preferred
- Experience using ServiceNow preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using databases and creating reports
- Experience working with Human Resources data and processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter, able to effectively prioritize activities with little direction
- Ability to foster and maintain strong professional relationships within and outside the department
- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,200-$106,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
