Enrollment Verification Assistant

The Enrollment Verification Assistant supports the enrollment and financial aid verification processes for prospective and current students at Arkansas Tech University. This position works collaboratively between the Office of Admissions and the Office of Financial Aid to assist with student record review, document collection, verification procedures, communication, and data entry. This role is critical in protecting the integrity of the university’s enrollment and financial aid processes amid the increasing prevalence of identity fraud and fraudulent enrollment activity occurring across institutions of higher education nationwide. The Enrollment Verification Assistant helps ensure accurate student identity validation, document authenticity, and compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations while supporting legitimate students through the enrollment process.
