Position Overview
Manages all assigned physical, human, and capital resources for a large multi-line facility or multiple facilities within an assigned geography of a business group or segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and leads operating teams to create a positive environment with development opportunities, growth, and motivation to achieve business objectives.
- Develops, executes, and controls annual manpower, capital, and operating plans.
- Ensures facilities are operated safely and efficiently to comply with all internal policies, procedures and standards and with OSHA, EPA and all other applicable State and Federal regulations.
- Monitor performance against annual plans and operating standards and goals to report status and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensures effective receipt, storage, and handling of all products; maintaining necessary records and accurate inventories.
- Ensures accurate order processing and extraordinary service to customers.
- Develops and maintains effective preventative and emergency maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 7-10 years’ relevant experience required
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
- Must be able to stand/sit for an extended period of time
- Ability to work in plant and office environments
- Working conditions could include: dust, fumes, moderate noise and uneven surfaces
