As a Material Handler you are responsible for performing all common warehouse activities consisting of receiving, packing, storing goods and stock management
• Perform physical tasks required in the receiving, unloading, warehouse, packing, storing, and distributing of raw materials to production or for shipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by wearing the proper safety equipment, keeping shelves, inventory and workstations neat to comply with 6S standards in the warehouse area.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move heavy items
• Assist in weekly cycle count and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in inventory
• Generate monthly reports and KPIs
• Perform inventory transactions and ensure transactions are updated timely and accurately
• Ensure that all parts requiring inspection are sent to Quality Assurance (QA) with proper documentation before releasing to production floor or putting into stock locations
• Monitor and improve daily operations processes
• Organize paperwork for efficient and accurate tracking
• Guide logistics personnel to ensure smooth warehouse operations, such as Inventory Control / Kitting / Packing / Storage
Knowledge & Experience requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous to maintain high accuracy in work
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g., valid forklift license and/or experience working with pallet jacks / electrical stackers) will be an advantage
