Lead Field Service Technician

You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of nitrogen producing plants at customer sites And you will assist with and direct training and development of new technicians Solve field site issues and operate air separation plants with minimal supervision Interact with customers across various production plant types, offering guidance, support, and clear communication Further, you will maintain safety, quality, and compliance activities at each plant location to uphold high standards Perform routine maintenance and calibrations on compressors, gas analyzers, and control systems You will manage time effectively to complete operations, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and diagnosing plant problems Coordinate contractors and resources to support plant activities, audits, and administrative requirements while driving efficiency through strategic planning and project management
