WHAT YOU'LL EARN $32–$42/hr depending on experience Full benefits from day one 401(k) with company match Overtime available on active projects Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (role dependent) WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead installation of MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and power wiring Measure, cut, bend, and install EMT conduit — proficiently and efficiently Pull wire, make terminations, set panels, receptacles, lighting, and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in commercial and industrial settings Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards Mentor and lead small field crews as needed WHAT YOU'LL NEED Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required) 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Experience with MCCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems Solid NEC knowledge and safe work practices PLC familiarity a plus Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen BENEFITS Medical, dental, and vision insurance 2 weeks paid vacation + floating holidays Paid parental leave 401(k) with matching contributions Life insurance Flexible spending accounts Paid time off     Apply today — we review applications within 48 hours.
