Responsibilities: Meet scheduled production of adhesives involving complex chemistries through operation of multiple automated processes Cleaning of equipment Polymerization, formulation, packaging, and materials handling Must be able to work in a team environment.   Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent required 18 years of age or older Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check Industrial experience is strongly preferred Must be able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Union membership required after 30 days of employment Shift  1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) Pay  $25.79 per hour  Enjoy Great Benefits Including  Medical/dental/vision insurance Life insurance On-site fitness center staffed by trainers On-site nurse health coach Company paid short term disability 401(k) with matching 529 savings matching Tuition assistance Student Loan Repayment Assistance Paid holidays Free Franklin Merchandise
