Process Integration Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Integration Engineer to support the development of next-generation semiconductor laser chips. This role will focus on managing and coordinating mask design, process development, workflow setup, and characterization efforts for front-end manufacturing, as well as preparing production qualification processes for backend operations. The Process Integration Engineer will work closely with the R&D team to support new product introductions and collaborate with process teams across various disciplines. This position is key to leading cross-functional teams—including NPI, epitaxy, process and product engineering, operations, and planning—to ensure successful transition of new products into high-volume manufacturing.
