Public Relations Representative

We're Hiring: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Abu Dhabi, UAE

The Public Relations Officer will support the HR Department by managing all government-related transactions and employee documentation processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations while providing efficient support to employees across Ali & Sons and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team regarding visa processing, onboarding documentation, and requirements for new employees.
• Prepare and submit Arabic documents related to visas, labor cards, sponsorships, permits, and licenses.
• Process new and renewal applications for employee visas and labor cards across the Group.
• Manage Mission Visa applications, CICPA Security Pass applications, and their renewals.
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure employee records and documentation comply with applicable regulations.
• Follow up with relevant government departments regarding permits, licenses, approvals, and other official matters.
• Maintain and organize legal and employee-related documentation and records.
• Coordinate with HR Operations on medical insurance applications, renewals, and employee-related requests.
• Monitor and update employee information in the HR system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide support on additional government relations and administrative matters as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Relations, HR Administration, or a similar role within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures.
• Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
• Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
