Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, network devices, and related infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and hardware issues
- Assist in system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
- Support data center operations, including racking, cabling, and device setup
- Work with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and operational policies
- Assist in backup, disaster recovery, and system redundancy tasks
- 2–3+ years of experience as an IT or Infrastructure Technician
- Hands-on experience with servers, storage, networking devices, and cabling
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data center operations
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cloud-integrated infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
- IT certifications (CompTIA Network+, Server+, CCNA, or similar)
