Maintenance Technician/Valet Waste Collection

The Valet Waste Collection and Maintenance Assistant position will primarily focus on residential garbage collection.

The position will also include some of the normal duties as a Maintenance team member. The role performs work of routine difficulty. Includes general maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems and equipment of the building interior and exterior under the supervision of the Chief Engineer/ Maintenance Supervisor. Prior experience in these fields is not necessary.

On the job training will be provided as needed. The weekday schedule is flexible however rotating weekend shifts are required. This role is Part time.
