The IT Project Manager II is responsible for coordinating work efforts to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets our customer expectations. The ability to collaborate and nurture positive relationships are important skills needed for this role!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Leads and coordinates small and medium sized projects with moderate impact
- Understands our business requirements, project risks and project lifecycle
- Comprehends plan development and execution, scope planning, schedule development, cost estimating, budgeting, and control, quality planning assurance, organizational planning, communications planning, risk identification and risk response control
- Understands the software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, modern testing methodologies, and deployment management
- Collaborates with others to make decisions and resolve issues
- Uses business applications for competitive advantage
- Identifies and minimizes risks to projects
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or engineering; a minimum two (2) years’ experience managing projects
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or CAPM Certification
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates strong organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
