We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Auto Body Technician and Painter to join our fast-paced, dynamic team in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealants as needed.

Repair or replace damaged parts

Select and mix paints to achieve the desired color and texture, following specifications and guidelines.

Apply paint to various surfaces using sprag guns, brushes, or rollers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finish.

Use masking tape and other materials to protect areas not to be painted.

Monitor and maintain painting equipment, including cleaning and performing minor repairs.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling and disposing of paint and related materials.

Keep accurate records of paint usage, job progress and completion times.

Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job requirements and specifications.

Decal/graphic installation on equipment.

A journeyperson Autobody Technician is preferred, however, apprentices will be considered.

Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Physical strength and stamina and ability to work in various positions, heights, and environments
