What you will do
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Service and Project Delivery division, overseeing all service operations and project execution activities. This role ensures high-quality service, successful project delivery, and sustainable business growth. It provides technical leadership in building services solutions while managing a large team and driving service sales performance.
How you will do it
- Lead and inspire a large team across service, sales, and building services (including HVAC and BMS) project functions
- Develop team capabilities, manage performance, and foster a positive, collaborative work culture
- Ensure service excellence by overseeing maintenance quality, response times, and service KPIs
- Drive project success from planning to completion, meeting safety, quality, timeline, and cost targets
- Provide technical guidance on building services solutions and support teams in resolving complex issues
- Collaborate with sales to drive revenue growth, develop solutions, and engage in key customer meetings
- Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction across service and project teams
What we look for
Required
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering field
- Strong experience in building services solutions (including HVAC and BMS)
- Proven leadership experience managing medium to large teams
- Background in service operations, project delivery, and commercial support
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills
