Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will create and maximize revenue generation. You will work with business owners and senior executives across Tampa Bay to develop and execute local and multi-market media strategies through the American City Business Journals network.
- Build and grow revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and account management
- Identify and engage high-value prospects using established sales processes and market research
- Develop customized advertising and marketing solutions aligned with client business goals
- Maintain and grow a diversified client portfolio across multiple revenue streams and products
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and revenue opportunities through Salesforce
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals
- Develop strong market knowledge and business acumen within the Tampa Bay community
- Represent the Business Journal at networking events, client meetings, and company-sponsored programs
- Collaborate across local and corporate teams to deliver client success and long-term partnerships
- Actively participate in coaching, training, and professional development opportunities
