Job Description

Your mission

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team, including document preparation, scheduling, coordination and other HR-related administrative activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HR records while supporting attendance tracking and leave administration.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates and managing related administrative processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including the preparation of documentation and coordination of internal processes.
  • Provide support with employee communication, engagement initiatives, visa administration and relocation processes for international employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by maintaining relevant records and providing accurate HR-related information.
  • Assist with training coordination, including scheduling activities and maintaining related documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, HR support, office administration or a comparable administrative role.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employee administration and personnel documentation.
  • Fluent German and Chinese language skills, both written and spoken. English language skills would be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HR systems would be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of German labor law would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A reliable, service-oriented and team-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
