Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The Continuous Improvement Analyst drives operational excellence across Finance Operations by analyzing and improving end-to-end processes, identifying root causes, and supporting transformation initiatives. This role combines data analysis, process improvement methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, standardization, and overall business performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and map end-to-end Finance Operations processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause analysis using CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and DMAIC.
Partner with process owners and stakeholders to redesign processes, improve controls, and enhance operational performance.
Support and deliver continuous improvement initiatives, including process transitions, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation, training, and operational readiness activities.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive engagement and alignment.
Collaborate with Technology and change teams to support automation and transformation initiatives.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and reporting to measure process performance and project benefits.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and challenges.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Promote a continuous improvement mindset and support teams through coaching, training, and sharing best practices.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in Finance Operations or transactional environments and in supporting process transition activities.
Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Miro and with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
Advanced English.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Lean or Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt) is desirable.
Knowledge of automation tools and technologies (RPA, workflow solutions).
Knowledge of process mapping, operational controls, and process documentation.
Understanding of change management principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
