Agency Partnerships Manager

Team Introduction The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group.

Responsibilities

• Grow advertising revenue from Independent Agencies through deals, product adoptions, and client acquisitions.
• Develop TikTok Independent Agencies ecosystem through strong narrative building, continuous business opportunities discovery, agency partnerships expansion, and consistent market education.
• Firmly establish TikTok as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of all agency partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams globally across, but not limited to, product, marketing, sales operations, legal, and engineering to provide best-in-class service and campaign facilitation to agencies.
• Plan and build compelling story lines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients' and agencies' business problems and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of successful experience in leading businesses or accounts within media agencies or large advertisers.
• Proven sales success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills to formulate comprehensive sales plan based on complex data.
• Experience in working within matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
• English and Bahasa professional proficiency is required.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is needed to manage stakeholders in the China market, where Mandarin in the primary working language.
