A high-growth, venture-backed company in the ultra-luxury travel and hospitality space is seeking an experienced CFO to join at a pivotal stage of growth.
Responsibilities
Lead a significant equity raise and manage ongoing investor relations
Build and oversee international financial structures across multiple jurisdictions
Develop financial models, manage P&L, and drive capital allocation strategy
Partner with the executive team on data-driven decisions and ROI analysis
Lead Board-level reporting on performance, risk, and capital structure
Qualifications
12+ years in financial leadership; 5+ years as CFO or VP Finance
Background in luxury hospitality, real estate private equity, or high-growth tech
Proven track record closing large funding rounds
Experience with cross-border tax and legal structures
CPA or MBA in Finance preferred
