The Recruitment Officer is responsible for generating significant new recruit volume by implementing recruitment interventions and initiatives. He/she ensures monthly recruitment targets of the sector are attained.
Job Accountabilities
Drive, manage and influence the consistent recruitment activities of the agency leaders in the assigned sector. Conduct regular briefings & sessions with agency leaders, aspiring leaders, and branch recruitment officers on a monthly basis to attain the sector’s recruitment targets. This includes but are not limited to providing relevant updates and best practices to address recruiting concerns & issues. Strategize, plan and implement alternative recruitment sourcing initiatives to significant accelerate recruitment volume. Supports the Recruitment Events team in the preparation of Build your Business events and other similar recruitment platforms by ensuring that resource speakers are credible and have high impact, as well as identifying strategic areas for recruitment & expansion activities. Ensures that Build your Business, other recruitment platforms are maximized by the sector. Ensures that all Examination slots are fully utilized by the sector. Drives high conversion of BYB Guest to Coding through efficient and focused tracking of recruits in the pipeline.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course.
Understands agency recruitment concepts. Computer Literate and familiar with internet, email and Telegram communications.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong presentation and communication skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Ability to work under pressure
At least three (3) year experience in Marketing and Sales; Exposure to any agency related work is preferred
