Baggage Agent Responsibilities & Duties
Assist passengers with luggage check-in and retrieval
Tag and label luggage for accurate identification

Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations
Operate baggage handling machinery and equipment

Baggage Agent Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
Experience with baggage handling systems and equipment
Knowledge of safety and security regulations
Strong problem-solving skills
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift and move heavy luggage
