Kiln Forklift Operator

We are seeking an experienced forklift operator with at least two years of industrial experience, specifically operating a Taylor XH-350L Forklift (35,000lb capacity). This role is responsible for safely handling and stacking lumber, performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and supporting production across the planer, green yard, and kiln areas. The ideal candidate is a team player who can identify quality issues, assist with kiln operations and maintenance, and communicate effectively with maintenance teams. This position requires flexibility to work rotating weekends and adherence to all safety, reliability, and documentation standards.
