Procedural Scheduler - Surgery 1.0 FTE Day

Procedural Scheduler - Surgery at Providence Medford Medical Center is 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift. The Surgery Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the surgery schedule, and compiles, maintains and distributes Surgery Department records. Assists in the control and maintenance of office supplies and equipment. Assumes the duties of Surgery Desk Clerk, Billing Specialist, and Timekeeper, as needed. Develops and maintains the staffing schedules and call schedule, including the input of approved time off. Maintain and update departmental forms. Create and maintain a tracking system for equipment orders and broken/lost items.
