Training Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified Training Manager to support operations in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is responsible for the planning, development, coordination, and execution of training programs that support operational readiness, workforce capability, and compliance with applicable federal, DOE, and contract requirements.   The Training Manager serves as a key leader within the business unit, working closely with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with mission objectives, regulatory standards, and performance expectations.
