Based in our Singapore office, the Sales Coordinator is a detail-oriented and process-driven professional who will support the development, implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of various aspects of the sales process across Southeast Asia (SEA). Responsibilities include product planning, contracting, data entry, reporting, sales deck preparation, and more.

Reporting to the SEA Sales Planning and Operations team, this role will serve as a business partner to the SEA Sales team in executing and achieving sales strategies and objectives for the SEA market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and responsible candidate to join an innovative environment where creativity, diligence, and contributions are highly valued.

What you will do:

  • Product Catalogue Planning – Support the SEA Sales team in preparing and reviewing product availability lists to meet clients’ needs.  Develop expertise in our product catalogue, which includes Hollywood and local Asian movies and TV series, to maximize content exploitation in commercial deals and offerings across SEA territories.

  • Sales Operations and Administration - Set up and maintain deals in an in-house contracting system and prepare Sales Orders as required.  Track workflow and approval processes for new contracts, amendments, and notifications for all SEA deals, including proper filing of final documents.  Coordinate payments, material deliveries, contract follow-ups, filing, and booking for contract execution.

  • Sales and Marketing Support - Prepare sales presentations, pitches for negotiations, marketing materials delivery, and other marketing related activities as required.

  • Budgeting and Data Management – Partner with Sales and Finance teams in preparing budgets, forecasts, and sales estimates.

  • Other Support Activities - Provide ad hoc Sales and Marketing support activities as required.

What you need:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Technology, Business Management and/or Administration, Engineering, Marketing or Supply Chain related disciplines.

  • Typically 0–3 years of experience in any of the following fields: finance, accounting, auditing, information systems, marketing, engineering, business consulting, supply chain, sales operations, business administration, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of information systems management, sales or business administration, TV content rights management, and budgeting principles is a plus.

  • Strong drive for results and a commitment to continuous process and system improvements.

  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with experience managing and interpreting large data sets accurately.

  • Team player and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

  • Excellent computer skills: Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc), Word and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

  • Interest in Hollywood movies, US TV series, and Asian content.

  • Experience or exposure to the media or US entertainment industry — particularly programming sales, distribution, and the social media landscape in SEA — is an advantage.

  • Please note that this role is based in Singapore. In order to enable us to meet statutory and regulatory obligations of the Singapore immigration system you must have the appropriate immigration permission needed to work and reside in Singapore for the duration of the employment.
