Job Description:
This position requires not only project management skills, but a high degree of flexibility. We need someone who also understands dōTERRA's people and processes, and who would be willing to work with a wide variety of teams. This position reports to the head of Product Development, and will need to be willing to be deployed in a variety of areas as needs arise. This role sits outside of our Development and Commercialization Project Management teams, with flexibility to assist in either area as needed. This role will also help in any other area of Product Development (as assigned) by understanding project scope, outlining the project, and managing it through to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for on-time delivery of all projects
- When needed, utilize Workfront to manage cross-functional projects
- Ensure critical path milestones are completed within the timeframe specified
- Work with cross-functional groups to ensure departments are communicated with and kept on task
- Communicate with all of the various departments in Product Development to ensure project expectations are met
- Build, maintain and manage strong relationships with various departments throughout dōTERRA
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4 + years experience in Project Management
- 2 years of job-related experience
- Understanding of project management principles
- Experienced in managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize competing priorities
- Capacity to take charge and follow through
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- PLM, project management systems, basic computer, and word processing skills necessary
- Willingness to learn about new areas and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
