What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
- Workforce Planning: Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and the completion of individual development plans
- Design, develop and support leadership development systems, processes, programs and initiatives for both field and home office
- Lead performance management system and process for both field and home office
- Manage the assessment process for people in the hiring/promotional pipelines
- Deliver individual coaching, including using assessment, 360 feedback, and performance data to identify gaps and make recommendations for individual growth
- Conduct needs assessment and analysis of aggregate talent/leadership gaps and make recommendations on ways to close the gaps
- Conduct research and determine analytics/measurements appropriate to evaluate and support departmental initiatives
- Conduct job analysis to determine the key skills for jobs throughout the Company
- Develop and maintain competencies to support development programs and the growth of individuals
- Support the Employee Engagement survey and help improve the employee experience
- Support change management efforts in conjunction with project managers
- Data analysis to provide insights into root cause e.g. retention, HiPo promotion rate, etc.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in I/O Psychology or related field and 1-3 years of organizational development experience, e.g., supporting succession planning, performance management or change management processes, delivering assessment or 360 feedback, conducting leadership development programs, etc.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of the principles, theory and best practice of organizational development, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance and change management.
- Strong skill at consulting and building rapport with field and home office leaders at all levels.
- Experience with the Talent module in Workday.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills with a high degree of detail-orientation.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning techniques.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Knowledge of change management models and practices.
Environment and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long periods of time.
- Availability to be in-office up to 5 days per week.
- Availability for occasional work outside of the regularly scheduled work hours.
- Available for some travel.
- Appreciation for team needs, priorities, and scheduling challenges.
