You'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of festive characters and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, joyful visit to Santa's Woodland Workshop. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday About you Outgoing with a friendly and approachable attitude Supervisory experience in a demanding, customer facing role Strong communication and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships Computer literate with the ability to perform under pressure Enthusiasm for the Christmas / seasonal spirit Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
