Pay Rate: £38,555 based on a 42 hour contract - paid breaks and o/time paid at time and a half
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off shift pattern - start windows available either: 21:00-00:00, 00:00-03:00 or 10:00-14:00
Location: Crick, NN6 7GW (just off Junction 18 M1)
DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking HGV C+E Day Drivers to play a vital role in our distribution service.
✅WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Work pattern 4 on 4 off - based on 42 hours
- Start windows available either 21:00-00:00, 00:00-03:00 or 10:00-14:00
- Duties are delivery of drinks cans, all palletised, to plants located in Sidcup, Tiverton, Maygor, Hereford etc....
- Backhaul collections to other DHL Supply Chain sites
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
✅WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- You will live locally to DIRFT, Daventry NN6 7GW
- Have a MINIMUM of 6 months LGV C+E commercial experience
- Be happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
