ข้อมูลตำแหน่งงาน
ตำแหน่ง: นักศึกษาฝึกงานเจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน
หัวหน้างาน: ผู้จัดการแผนกบัญชี
ผู้ฝึกสอน: เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีและการเงิน
ระยะเวลาการ์ฝึกงาน: อย่างน้อย 3 เดือน
วันเริ่มต้นฝึกงาน: ขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละสถานการศึกษา
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
ㆍตรวจสอบเอกสารทางการเงิน (เช่น การเบิกเงินสดล่วงหน้า การชำระเงินคืน แบบฟอร์มคำขอโจน ฯลฯ) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ในนโยบายทางการเงิน ก่อนที่จะดำเนินการเบิกจ่าย
ㆍปฏิบัติงานกระบวนการเอกสารภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ซึ่งรวมถึงการออกหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย, การตรวจสอบรายงาน และนำสงภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายให้กับกรมสรรพากร
ㆍตรวจติดตามระบบทรัพย์สินตาวรและพัฒนาระบบติดตามภายใน
ㆍเก็บเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้จากร้านค้าในพื้นที่และสนับสนุนทีมงานโปรแกรมในการรวบรวมเอกสารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่วางไว้
ㆍบันทึกรายการในโปรแกรมบัญชี (Xero)
ㆍดำเนินการจ่ายบิล เช่น คำโทรศัพท์ หรือส่งไปรษณีย์ ร่วมกับ เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีและการเงิน
ㆍเข้าร่วมการตรวจนับสินค้าคงคลังประจำไตรมาสสำหรับ DEG
ㆍสนับสนุนภารกิจประจำวันของมูลนิธิฯ และติดตามทีมงานโครงการในกิจกรรมการทำงานภาคสนาม
ㆍภารกิจอื่น ๆ จะหารือโดยตรงกับผู้ฝึกงานและข้อกำหนดจากสถาบันการศึกษา
