Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of Privy/Solitaire customers through telephonic and digital engagement.
• Drive relationship deepening by cross-selling banking and investment products.
• Ensure superior customer experience and timely resolution of queries.
• Achieve business targets across product lines (liabilities, assets, investments, insurance, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance and adhere to all audit and regulatory norms.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Candidate should be Amfi and IRDA certified.
• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant banking experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of banking and investment products.
• Prior experience handling premium customer segments preferred.
