
Outlet Manager –All Day Dining & Lobby Lounge

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of All Day Dining and the Lobby Lounge.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service and quality standards, and delivering a consistent and engaging guest experience across both outlets. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, particularly during peak periods, while driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, including at least 1–2 years in a similar role
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
Core Responsibilities Managing Operations
- Oversee daily operations of All Day Dining and Lobby Lounge
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained
- Support operations on the floor during peak service periods
- Monitor staffing levels to meet operational and guest needs
Leading the Team
- Lead, motivate, and develop a young and dynamic team
- Act as a role model, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance performance
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
Guest Experience
- Deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience
- Monitor guest feedback and handle concerns professionally
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance service quality
- Be present on the floor and actively engage with guests
People & Performance
- Set clear expectations and monitor performance
- Support training and development initiatives
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and recognition
